J.R. DeWees brings 23 years of industry experience to his role as Service Manager, a position he’s held for the past five months. Those decades in the industry gave him a steady foundation — the kind of experience that shows up in how naturally he handles the job today.

J.R. lives by the words “Never look back except to see how far you’ve come.” It’s a mindset that keeps him focused forward, drawing on everything he’s learned along the way rather than dwelling on it.
