Justin Henderson brings more than 4 years of industry experience to his role as Community Experience Manager and Marketing Manager, supporting both shops since November 2025. His background spans a range of industries — from corporate tax services to family-owned restaurants — giving him a wide-angle view of what makes a business worth trusting.

Justin lives by Master Yoda’s words: “Do or do not. There is no try.” It’s a mindset that shows up in how fully he commits to every project he takes on.

Every marketing decision Justin makes comes back to one goal: making sure that when someone needs a trusted shop, their only question is “Why not Glenwood?” He’s been mentored by experienced marketers who previously worked at companies like Google and Amazon, and he brings that sharpened instinct to everything he builds.

What makes Justin unique is how deeply his approach is rooted in the team and community Glenwood serves. If something isn’t right for customers, it isn’t right for him either.

Outside of Work

Outside the shop, Justin enjoys movies, concerts, and travel — this year that means a trip to Brazil and catching The Odyssey in NYC on the biggest screen in the country.
