Koray — Apprentice Technician

Meet Koray Karakulluk
Discipline, Curiosity, and a Drive to Learn

Koray Karakulluk is six weeks into his role as Apprentice Technician, bringing eight months of industry experience and a background in engineering that shaped the way he works today. That earlier training instilled the discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail he now brings to every vehicle he touches.

Koray lives by the belief that “the moment you think you know everything is the moment you stop learning.” It’s a mindset that keeps him hungry to grow, even this early in his automotive career.

Honesty and Clear Communication

Koray approaches every customer the same way: with honesty, quality workmanship, and clear communication. For him, trust starts with being upfront about what a vehicle actually needs.

An Engineer’s Eye for Problem-Solving

What sets Koray apart is the engineering mindset he carries onto the shop floor. He genuinely enjoys digging into a problem and working it through, a skill he’s sharpening further as he studies Automotive Technology at Lincoln Tech.

Outside of Work

Outside the shop, Koray recharges with NBA games, swimming, and the occasional road trip.
