No worries at all! We know that car repair can be inconvenient and we will make it as easy as possible! Feel free to use our secure after hours key pick up/drop off station located under the awning at our front door. Click Here to check out our after hours key pick up/drop off service. If you are dropping off outside of business hours please fill out the provided envelope. Place your keys and registration in the secure lock box for us to contact you when we reopen!

Secure after hours pickup is also available. You will be assigned a key locker, located just outside our front door. The code to the locker is the last three digits of your cell phone. Be sure to set this service up with your service advisor prior to closing! 

Yes! We do offer a free loaner vehicle for you to use while your vehicle is in for service. It’s best to schedule your reservation ahead of time so we can be sure to have a loaner available. No! Glenwood Foreign Car can perform all of the required maintenance and repairs for your car. If we find any issues that may be covered under your new car warranty we will let you know and assist ASAP! 

Manufacturer warranties are not affected by our services! While many new car dealers promote their own service departments, the consumer and their warranty is protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This warranty Act enacted in 1975 specifies that it is unlawful for a warranty to require the consumer to use a product or service from a specified company to uphold said warranty. Yes!! We understand the importance of quality and only use Original Equipment parts and equivalent for all repairs and services. Additionally all of our work is covered 100% (parts and labor) for 2 Years and/or 24,000 miles.

We have many years of combined experience and are continually trained and updated on the latest technology.

YES! No services or repairs will be performed on your vehicle without your authorization. After we perform our Multipoint Inspection and diagnosis we will provide you with a detailed estimate for your review and approval prior to service.

Minor repairs and services are usually completed the same day. Your service advisor will keep in close contact with you regarding the timing of vehicle service and repair. We also offer complimentary loaner cars!!

YES! We offer a 2 year and/or 24,000 mile warranty on all repairs and services! Some select items have an even longer warranty! See your service advisor for specific details.

Yes, we can! Our years of specialized service and training has made us the go to shop for difficult diagnosis and repair issues.

This greatly depends on your make/model and driving habits. The absolute bare minimum for any vehicle is an annual service. To keep your vehicle in top condition and avoid potential repairs and expenses we recommend bringing your vehicle in twice a year for a routine inspection, including tire and fluid check.
